The Star Brewery is set in the heart of historic Lewes, the county town of East Sussex and is overlooked by the impressive ruins of the Norman castle.

Enter into this higgledy-piggledy collection of Georgian and Victorian buildings and you will find a positive powerhouse of creative energy. Established in its current form in 1989, the Star Brewery is home to The Hop Gallery as well as a wide variety of skilled artists and craftsmen. Many of the studios welcome visitors. The Hop Gallery features a monthly-changing programme of artwork for sale.
